Early Birds:

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time:  6:00 A.M. – 8:00 A.M.

Cost:  Membership, Punch Pass or Daily Admission

 

Adult Laps:

Days:  Monday – Friday
Time: September – May  11:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
June – August  12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M.

Cost:  Membership, Punch Pass or Daily Admission

 Water Exercise:

Days: Monday – Friday
Time: 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M.
Cost:  Member - $17.85 / 6 week session
  Non-member - $28.45 / 6 week session

 

Clarinda Swim Team:

Any youth is eligible to join.  Participants must be able to swim at least one length without stopping.  Swim team builds confidence, sharpens swimming skills, encourages camaraderie and is just plain FUN!
Dates:  We have Fall and Winter conditioning programs, and for summer, May – July practices and meets.

 

50-Mile Club:

Swim 50 miles within a year’s period of time in our lap swimming program and your name will bee added to our 50 Mile Club plaque.  Keep track of your progress on chart cards located at the Reception Desk.

 

Pool Private Rentals:

We keep Friday and Saturday evenings open for Pool Rentals.  Call the Lied Center for details and rates.
